Welcome To Taimur Awan's Poetry

Unrequited Passion

Beauties have cast their arrows of fire in my heart,
By me falling in love a thousand times, they as distant as the stars.
Why should pain and fire consume my heart,
Or this burning desire be the existential plague, the canceller of spirituality,
When I possess the royalties of faith and virtue,
Which are the keys to the gates of eternal paradise,
I know the most sovereign princess in humanity will be my reward.
