A Few Stars

We must gain the thrones of love and virtue,
And remove the stains of ego and dark vices from our personalities,
Like a gardener who cuts weeds from a lilac garden.
Only then will we be among God’s chosen, beloved, and elect,
Like a few shining stars in a dark sky
